Our Community Hall is available at very reasonable rates for a variety of functions including wedding receptions, dances and other social functions. Maximum capacity is 85 people with tables and chairs being used.
The hall has a fully functional kitchen, a commercial dishwasher and a separate bar area.
Further amenities include a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, two stoves, and a commercial dishwasher. There is also a separate bar area complete with a commercial cooler.
We offer the use of our chairs and either rectangular tables (6’x30”) or circular tables.

Meadowlark Community League Members:
Weekend - $350.00 (5:00 pm on Friday till 4pm on Sunday)
Daily - $250.00
Hourly - $40.00/hr
Damage Deposit $350.00
Non-members:
Weekend - $600.00 (5:00 pm on Friday till 4pm on Sunday)
Daily - $400.00
Hourly - $75.00/hr

Short term facility rental insurance is required for all hall rentals andcan be arranged with your insurance company, or you can complete an application for Rental Insurance online with NFP Insurance. https://duuo.ca/event-insurance/
